The People Behind it All
Dr. Eric Rawlin
Dr. M. Brock Ferrin
Doctor of Chiropractic, Valedictorian, Certified A.M.I.T. practitioner, Masters of Neuroscience.
Dr. Ferrin heard of AMIT from his physiology professor, Dr. David Temme, at the University of Utah. After observing the miracles performed at Dr. Craig Buhler's office, he decided to go to school to pursue chiropractic rather than pharmacy as he had originally intended. Not long after he became a patient of Dr. Rawlin. He helped him heal from his own injuries and was blown away at the results he had. He was then able to continue his athletic pursuits when it looked like it might be over. Dr Ferrin is now an amateur strongman and competes locally. He also enjoys basketball and tennis mostly but any sport is enjoyable. Outdoor activities with his family are also among his favorite pastimes. He credits his ability to play and maintain his activity at the level he still does to the work he received and continues to receive through the AMIT and now NPI methods.
Dr. Ferrin attended Parker University in Dallas, Texas and became Valedictorian and concurrently completed his Masters of neuroscience degree with little expectation of what would follow in the years to come. Dr. Ferrin was trained by renowned sports chiropractor, Dr. Craig Buhler, in the AMIT method and was certified while still in school. He stayed in close contact with Dr. Eric Rawlin who was continuously seeking to improve his craft. Shortly after graduating Dr. Ferrin came to work with Dr. Rawlin and they began wondering if the brain could be treated directly and found that it could be. From the initial surprise of eye movements changing, to vertigo going away and many more discoveries which led to the development of Neural Pathway Integration (NPI). NPI has become much more than they ever imagined initially and are still striving to improve, expand, and perfect. Dr. Ferrin has a passion for helping his patients find answers and changing their lives and health for the better, no matter how long it takes. Dr. Ferrin is dedicated to finding what his patients need in their unique circumstances. Everyone has struggles in life, and those struggles stem from seemingly endless circumstances. However, Dr. Ferrin and the doctors at Performance and Healing Chiropractic seek to find those unique reasons for each person to maximize their results in the fastest manner possible. We aren't big on simply "managing" we prefer true "Healing".

Dr. Nathan Bennett
Nathan W. Bennett D.C, PAK, Certified A.M.I.T practitioner, NAR Foundation member in NAET.
Dr. Bennett has been in practice since 2019. He was in his own practice in Georgia for 3 years before he and his family decided to relocate back to Utah to be closer to family. While owning his own practice in Georgia, Dr. Bennett worked primarily with athletes from high school and college, to the professional ranks of the NFL and MLB.
Dr. Bennett attended Southern Utah University and graduated with a bachelor degree in biology. He graduated with honors from Life University June 2019. While at Life University, He sought further education outside the classroom in Applied Kinesiology (AK) and Advanced Muscle
Integration Technique (A.M.I.T). He spent over 400 hours studying AK and an additional 130+ hours studying A.M.I.T. He earned both certificates as a Professional Applied Kinesiologist and a certified practitioner in Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (muscle activation). He has also completed courses in Functional Medicine, Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), Quantum Neurology (QN) and Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) and currently learning Neuro Pathway Integration (NPI).
Dr. Bennett’s journey to being a Chiropractor started in 2015 when his wife, Kelsey, suggested he go and see her Chiropractor who was certified in muscle activation for a knee problem he had been experiencing due to cycling. Three weeks after treatment began, he no longer had any knee pain and to his dismay, the 10 years of elbow pain he had from pitching in college had completely subsided as well. At the time he had no idea what muscle activation had done, he just knew he wanted to learn it and help people just as he was helped.
Dr. Bennett’s greatest joy in life is being married to his wife Kelsey and raising their two girls. When he’s not taking care of patients, he enjoys spending time playing with his girls, hiking, climbing, fishing, hunting and cycling and playing old man softball.

More About What We Do
Our team of Doctors can predict and solve the reasons for injuries by examining and identifying deficiencies in the body that may lead to injury.
By using N.P.I and A.M.I.T. we can find the cause of joint and muscle pain and then treat it without the need of pain medication or surgery. AMIT is a systematic treatment of common joint and muscle conditions.

Our clinic here in Layton, Utah is trained in injury treatment, performance enhancement, and family practice care. We focus on correcting the underlying problems that lead to conditions such as headaches, neck and back pain, numbness and tingling in the arms or legs, including most all acute and chronic conditions.
